A Happy Coincidence

I found a pleasant surprise awaiting me and my big bowl of vanilla ice cream in the wee hours of last night. Just hours after my post on Batman and Robin Bondage, I turn on the SciFi Channel and see Catwoman. But, no, its Julie Newmar in white ears in an episode of THE TWILIGHT ZONE, playing Miss Devlin in an episode called "Of Late I Think of Cliffordville." Some fat guy makes a deal with the female devil to go back in time and the only problem I see in the script is that there was no oil to be found in Indiana in the 1930s, two things the episode centers around. It got me thinking, though, how this episode, with the pointy ears, might have gotten Newmar to be the first choice as Catwoman. (I will always have a fondness for Julie Newmar, because she was the subject of my first R-rated dream as a child of seven or eight). Well, jumping from my private recollections to Batman's fetishes, I present the following, as you can see above. Adam West saw no interest in Newmar's costumed ass because he was keeping in character with the Batman of the comics, who we all know loved getting dry humped by a goat while the Joker filmed it on 8mm...

Why is it always the gay superheroes that are into beastiality? You never see mighty Thor doing a goat, and his mother Fria is the one who rode around in the goat cart. I know Superman is in the closet, but until he comes out the butchest gay superhero is Race Bannon and his only super power seems to be pretending Dr. Quest isn't gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous.

Sadly, Julie never makes an appearance, in the movie, To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything Julie Newmar. But she does appear in a fabulous photo.

Hope your day went well.

Ah, Julie Newmar...

I may need to go lie down.

Julie Newmar was the hottest piece of ass ever created. I'm speaking, of course, as a human. Mr. Ed might think a filly he saw in Lincoln Park in 1962 was hotter. I dunno.

The "fat guy" you mention is none other than Albert Salmi. He was a student of Lee Strasburg and, early in his career, was considered one of America's finest new actors. He was quite, quite brilliant, in my opinion. He ended up shooting both his wife and himself in the head in 1990.

Batman and the Joker were former lovers. Almost everyone knows this, but almost no one will admit it in public. I'm not sure why. To save Robin's feelings, I suppose.

I would think that picture of Cat woman bending over would be enough to convert Batman even if he was gay.

*LOL!* These are priceless! Ironically, before work today Charles was watching an Alfred Hitchcock show in which one actor said, "Riddle me this" & the other played Alfred in the TV series.

That's Albert Salmi ain't it? The character actor who died tragically. Was in lots of shows including Lost in Space.
