Friday Night Lights

The Reavis HS Rams playing some team from Chicago Ridge, I'm not up on these things. But my niece Grace plays the clarinet. They'll be downtown for the Columbus Day parade, in fact. But the cool part is that the flight path for most of the planes landing at Midway Airport pass right over the field, their landing light even with the goal posts.

The Murder Helicopter

First, a few shots of a Southwest Airlines plane that pretty much ran parallel to the el train for several stops until we turned on that big curve where you can see the skyline. But I've added a few of another murder chopper. That one was in the air long enough to be relieved by another helo. This one was covering the scene where police were digging up a dismembered body in a backyard at 84th & Scottsdale, roughly half a mile west of where I used to live.
