That ain't right, that's fraud...and it's not clever, its against the law. For myself, I rather that they just let the morgue do whatever with me than waste the money. My mother commented that then no one could visit me. Well so what, if no one wanted to visit me when I was alone and alive in NY for 30 years, why bother when I'm dead? They're dead bodies. I could not possibly care on whit less. Not the first molecular speck of a rat's ass. A dead body is less than a pile of dirt. It's not even dirt. A dead body doesn't care what happens to it. If no one's visiting a grave anymore, why not sell the spot to someone? I always felt sorry for the guy from some years back who was dumping bodies in a lake instead of incinerating them. Then he'd give the loved ones cement instead of ashes. It's like the old Monty Python skit when Eric Idle as the proprietor of the incinerator says: "Then we'll give you some ashes which you can pretend are hers."<br /><br />It doesn't matter. This is a total non-story to me. I laugh and chuckle at the business acumen of the "criminals" selling the cemetery space.James Robert Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17281049641681225389noreply@blogger.com
